In that interview, Joey stated that she loves to eat healthily and work out regularly if she is motivated and feels good around the week. She tries to exercise four to five days at least, although she also stated that she does try to avoid it sometimes because it’s okay to slack.

Boxing

Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Now for boxing, you can either train at your home or go to the nearest gym and train there. Boxing will burn a lot of calories for you as well as build up your stamina and agility. In boxing, you should also do a core workout every day before sparring up and punching. The core workout isn’t that hard and will take only 10 minutes of your exercise.
