So after looking for a while, I found out that Malu does work out and does like to do a mixture of cardio, weight training, stability training, resistance band workout, etc. She even shared an Instagram live on her account, which was recorded by a fan. You can check the video right here. We saw her working her legs at that and did some push-ups and core work out as well.

I think she was with her trainer or friend, who explained to Malu about the exercises and workouts. In that video, you can see her doing exercises like:

  • Resistance band squats

  • Resistance band frog jumps
  • Resistance band fire hydrant
  • Push-us
  • Cross crunches

Now that’s quite a friendly and straightforward workout. That’s why to make it more effective, the volume of reps and resistance band was there. However, Malu usually works out in the gym, and there was a video in 2019 shared by her fan. You can see the video here. In that video, Malu stated that she does a workout that involves training her legs and core with some arms.

We even see her working on some cardio exercises. So I guess we will do an activity that contains all those exercises. Looking at her routine, it seems like a pretty simple routine, so that we will be working out only four to five days a week for about 60 to 90 minutes maximum. So let’s get into it:

Warm-up

We will start with a quick warm-up routine of a few basic stretches and exercises that will get our blood circulated into every muscle, which will help us in the long term. You can do any activity you want like; squats, inchworm, push-ups, walking lunge, jumping jacks, high knees, etc., or you can even walk for 10 minutes on incline level.

 

Gym Workout

We will do different activities in the gym workout to be a mixture of legs, core, and upper body training. We will focus on doing four lower, abdominal, and upper exercises. That way, we can focus mostly on our lower and core area while toning the upper body.

Now we will finish the workout with a cardio workout. It will be a rapid, high-intensity interval training routine. We will do 10 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the hydro-rowing machine. In both of them, take it easy for 1 minute and then for 1 minute do sprint five times.
