Alessia is one of the singers that has touched my heart from her song “Scars To Your Beautiful.” I have gotten attached to the song and her voice since the first time I heard the song; it’s such a beautiful song. The same things go for Alessia herself, as she has a charming personality and a good body shape.
She is not super fit but keeps herself in a beautiful figure with curves, a lean waist, and toned arms. So what is the activity that Alessia likes to do in her workout routine? I tried to find that out, but it seems that there isn’t much about her workout routine. So I will say that Alessia mostly likes to stay active.
I also searched Alessia’s Instagram to see if I could find some recent pics where she shared something, but not much was there to see. So I would say there is not much I could tell you about how Alessia keeps herself fit; maybe it’s just because Alessia likes to stay active and farms too when she is at home. However, don’t worry, as I will still give you a routine that you can use to get a body shape like Alessia.
It won’t be super complex or tiring; it will mainly contain group classes and a few fundamental workouts to keep you healthy and in a beautiful body shape. We will be working out five days a week, but ensure that you stay active the rest of the days to get better results. You can do anything at all on the rest days, but stay active.

Yoga
Training days: Monday to Friday
We will start with 30 minutes to 45 minutes of yoga in the morning, our wake-up workout. You will wake up and do this; some simple body poses that you can look at and start with beginner level.
This activity will give you a flexible body, stretch all your muscles, fix the stiff body, and give you mental peace. Add poses like Cobra pose, the plank, Bow pose, Camel pose, etc., to get a good body shape.
Pilates
Training days: Monday to Friday
In the evening, I would recommend that you go and join a Pilates class, which will help you get a good posture with toned muscles.
Pilates also helps you burn many calories and provide you with flexibility, a slim waistline, toned butt, etc. I would recommend doing at least 1 hour of class every day and join a gym so you can get access to the instructor and machines.
