Alex Costa goes through an intense gym and cardio routine with different kinds of mixed strength training and bodyweight exercises. All these things together make him look super fit, he mostly does a lot of weight training, some standard bodybuilding routine and then hits some battle ropes and other strength-building exercises.

Alex Costa also focuses on his core strength, which is why, even in his bodyweight exercises, he involves different kinds of core exercises and a lot of planks variation.
