Danielle Cohn is a young teenager who has risen to fame by lying about her age and doing a lot of videos. There have been many haters against her and lots of lovers with her, she most of the time, makes content on YouTube with her boyfriend, and there are lots of things that she does with him like making a couple work out videos.
Danielle posted a video around last year in which she is doing a workout with her boyfriend in the gym. In that video, Danielle said that she and her boyfriend does a lot different workout, she always wants to do butt exercise most of the time while her boyfriend seems to know what he should be doing. In that video, in most cases, Danielle struggled, which makes me wonder if she does all that or it was just for video purposes?
Well, I don’t like trying to fake a workout, but let’s just go with what they did on the video. So you guys can try this routine, I will add some additional information to give you a full workout, but the method will only be of Danielle.

In that video, they both start with a cardio exercise; by running on the treadmill. At that moment, Danielle stated that she likes to run on the treadmill a lot, as it seems fun and easy and helps you before working out.
They both run on the treadmill for about 20 minutes, well I would say you guys should aim at almost the same time 20 to 30 minutes especially if you are as young as Danielle does not go over 30 minutes unless you are trying out for the track team.
After cardio, they both start to do different kinds of bodyweight exercises and some weight exercises. In that video, one thing was clear Danielle loves to work on her lower body more than any other body part.
I won’t tell the workout she did, as I don’t think she explained or told quite enough, Danielle did say that she loves to do squats a lot, so we are going to add them, but with some more workouts that will not affect the other teenager’s growth.
So if you are less than 17 and want to try this workout, you can as there will be no weight exercises in this routine. So it won’t affect your body in the wrong way, and you will be able to get in shape.

Danielle is a very young teenager, so there isn’t any diet plan she follows. So people who are posting her diet plan on their own by just seeing one pic of her eating something should stop. Danielle eats what she wants; there is no super healthy diet behind her body; all teenagers should eat what they want just in the right portion and amount.
