Andrea Brillantes Workout Routine
Andrea is a fit and healthy person, and since she started her career at a young age, she always seemed slim and in shape. However, she does do some workouts that keep her fit. Even though her Instagram doesn’t tell much, I looked up two years old posts, not about physical activity and exercises.
However, in Andrea’s YouTube channel, I found a Muay Thai practice routine; I didn’t know what she said in the video. As I don’t understand Tagalog, but she was doing various exercises. As Muay Thai won’t only give you fitness, it will also tone your muscle and give you incredible stamina and flexibility.
Other than her Muay Thai video, I didn’t find much about her recent activities. So I can exactly tell you the routine Andrea must be following, but I’m guessing it involves some weight training and free-body workout with cardio. I know, I would have recommended that work out for a teenager that wants to get fit.
That’s why I will give you my version of Andrea’s training to help you get a body like her. You will train twice a day for about an hour each, and you will be working out five days a week with active rest days. So let’s get into the routine:

In the morning routine, I would say that we will do 15 minutes then train in a Muay Thai gym for 45 minutes. Start with 45 minutes and then increase the training period according to your liking and preferences after each month. It will help your body get toned and work your cardiovascular muscle while burning lots of calories.
You can do a workout mixture of four exercises of the upper body, lower body, and core muscle in the evening routine. So a total of 12 activities and three sets of each exercise.
Try doing a resistance band workout as it won’t affect your growth and give any side effects, and it provides similar results. Once you did, then finish the routine with a cardio finisher interval run for 10 minutes.

Andrea Brillantes Diet Plan
Andrea’s diet is not given, and looking at her age; I don’t think she does have a diet plan that would be strict and contains eating super clean. I would say she does eat healthy foods and enjoy sometimes different foods but keep it in moderation.
Also, she has a high metabolism rate because of age and working out, so if you are a teenager. Don’t worry about diet; stop snacking on unhealthy foods and eat organic food and healthy foods. Also, it gets your body filled up with at least 4L water a day.
