It’s one of the most famous anime, with many seasons and getting lots of fans’ support. Asuna is also a fan favorite not only because of being the love interest of Kirito but also because of how beautiful she looks. Asuna is one of the notable characters in the series and the love interest of Kirito. While the series itself made the couple quite famous, it is still quite different. I loved the first season, and even the second season made sense, but most things were repetitive and unnecessary after that. A viewer eventually gets bored, but one thing many viewers can never get enough of is the sexy figure of Asuna. I mean, you can check the first season, and there Asuna had a model-like figure.

So now the question is, is it possible to get a body like Asuna? Well, yes, it’s not impossible to look like Asuna in real life as well. All you need to do is focus on eating right and working out five to six days a week to get a body like Asuna. For diet, focus on eating the right foods, healthy snacks, healthy carbs, and more protein-based foods. Leave all unhealthy carbs like white bread and other unhealthy foods. It will eventually help you get a body like Asuna.

Now, about the workout routine, well, to get a body like Asuna, you will work out daily. As I mentioned, Asuna has a body shape like a model or idol, and she was pretty young at the start of the series. So I will not take a complete weight training approach as if teenagers follow this routine without the proper consultant and knowledge, it can affect them incorrectly.

Instead, I will be focusing on workouts that even teenagers can do without worrying about their growth in any way. There are quite a lot of workouts that you can practice regardless of your age as they don’t affect your growth in any harmful manner. The workouts that I recommend are cardio and stretching workouts. Also, make sure to stay active every day. The more you stay active, the better your body will get and the more calories it will burn daily.

Now we will start the workout with a Pilates session. As you may know from my many articles on models and K-pop idols, they love Pilates. Plus, I love recommending Pilates, as it’s quite a relaxing workout that gives you flexibility, tones your muscles, and shapes your whole body.

That’s why you see K-pop idols and models doing that as a regular part of their workout routine. I would suggest doing an hour of Pilates at least five days a week. If you don’t want to join the Pilates studios, you can always start with a good floor Pilates workout, like shown in this video.



I suggest doing 20-30 minutes of HIIT boxing routine for a daily cardio workout. So basically a mixture of different mixing combos and workouts with intervals. It will help you get your full-body tone and burn all the fats in your body. It’s also one of the workouts I love doing that toned arms and core.
