Caylee Cowan Workout Routine

Caylee loves to workout, and she is working out for a while now; her activity includes mostly weight training and a mix of core and bodyweight exercises. I tried to find the details and practices that she does in her routine but couldn’t get much out of Instagram and other social media.

Caylee did a video with the famous fitness model and athlete Connor Murphy. You can watch the video they made, and I guess they were close to a workout and gave a flirty and funny video. Even though we can’t know what she does on her daily workout routine, I can still provide you with a training session to get a body like Caylee. Warm-up

Starting with a warm-up, we will do exercises like basic squats, jumping jacks, some stretches, and a 1km jog. This workout will help us get our muscles to feel the blood rushing through them and save yours from a broken or cramped body part. Ensure that you do this routine before your workout.

 

Gym Workout

So from what I observe from the workout routine Caylee, Caylee loves to work her butt, legs, and core a lot. Almost every day, and with that, she also puts on some exercises for the upper body. So we will do a routine where we will train our core every day and train the lower body and alternative upper days.

Caylee’s diet plan is not out yet, and I’m not sure about her usual food, as I don’t follow her and have no idea of what she is doing or eating. So I’m guessing if she’s working out daily, then pretty sure that Caylee must be eating healthy as well.

Looking at her body proportion and abs, I would say a low protein and low carbs diet is the best way to approach the body type. So that means no dairy, sugar, bread, and fried food. Maybe once in a week, you can reward yourself and still get a body like Caylee, but not more than that. We at least need to follow an 80:20 diet here to get the best results.
