Charlie Cox Workout Routine
Charlie has gained success in the Marvel line; I mean doing two successful Marvel shows and making his Marvel movie debut in the new Spiderman movie. What else will you call growth, if not this? However, to keep himself growing and running in the industry, Charlie has to keep himself fit.
Even though Charlie has a very tight schedule, Charlie doesn’t skip any day of his workout, as Charlie fears if he does, he might have to start over from scratch. So the workout is a must for him, and I found many interviews that explain his workout routine, where the recent one was with Muscle and Fitness, where he explains the workout and diet both.
The workout sally contains doing things like weight training but in a very different way. As Charlie started, he doesn’t get much time when he has so many shoots going on, so he needs to do everything in one session. Or else, if he has time, he would do two sessions to train his body. Before he got addicted to weight training, Charlie got fixed with lots of Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu.
However, now he’s doing a workout like Strength training as he’s more into muscle now. The workout consists of only one-hour sessions, but it works as cardio, muscle building, and keeping him fit as they do nine exercises and divide these nine exercises into three parts of 20 minutes circuits.
So for every 20 minutes, Charlie does continuous three exercises with five reps and doesn’t stop between the circuits. The exercises always contain adding some resistance to make it even harder for Charlie. So chains, resistance bands, etc., are prevalent things that Charlie uses with weight.
Other than that, Charlie doesn’t seem to be training in any other way but doing those exercises five to six days a week is more than enough. So it’s understandable; I also got on a routine from an article by Men’s Journal. They have given an example of the routine you can follow.
Charlie Cox workout includes:
Circuit 1
Exercise: 3
Reps: 5
Time: 20 minutes
- Incline bench press
- Globe squat jumps
- Daredevil push-ups
Circuit 2

- Box-jumps
- Z press
- Pull-ups
Circuit 3
Exercise: 3
Reps: 5
Time: 20 minutes
- Resistance band kettlebell swings
- Resistance band deadlifts
- Resistance band lateral raises
That’s all for the Charlie Cox workout routine.
