Many blame Camila Cabello for being the reason, but let’s not play the blame game; every group gets disbanded at some point. For now, the main point is that Dinah is happy where she is at and doing pretty well in her solo career.

That’s not all; Dinah is also doing many shoots and working on her body and health. We have often seen that Dinah has that beautiful curvy and thick body shape with a slim waistline. That’s what makes her also one of the most attractive singers from Fifth Harmony. So many people want to know; how do I get a body like Dinah Jane? You can see Dinah mentioning that she does work out, and her favorite workout is running on the treadmill and going for a hike if she has time. Besides that, I also found this post by Dinah Jane on her Instagram where she is working out in a gym doing different exercises. So that makes it even easier for us to figure out the workout.

Dinah Jane includes exercises like strength training, weight training, body workout, cardio, etc. I think if we do a five-day workout per week, we will be good. So we will be working out five days a week doing cardio in the morning, for which I recommend doing 30-45 minutes of running or taking a hike, just like Dinah Jane stated. In weight training, we will do a circuit routine. The workouts will be full-body workouts. It will be a mixture of workouts, making sure you get toned muscle and a well-shaped lower body and core like Dinah Jane.  Remember that this is not an official Dinah workout.

Boxing Finisher

Once done with all the workouts, we will do a quick 15-30 minutes of boxing session consisting of footwork, jabs, cross, hooks, uppercut, body punches, etc.

It’s better if you have a punching bag, or else you can get a partner to practice with you. This routine will burn your body out and the fat inside your body, and it will increase stamina and give you well-toned arms and shoulders.
