Enji is one of the greatest heroes; now it’s all changed even though he hated All Might. Enji always wonders about All Might, and even though he achieved what he wanted and became the number one hero, Enji realizes that the world also lost hope while losing his only rival. That’s why in the current series, you see Enji working so hard, trying to save everyone.

Besides being the number one hero, Enji is also known for being quite fit and bulked up. Enji looks like a professional bodybuilder that can fight like crazy. Now, to get a body physique like Enji, we need to work out pretty hard. Enji looks ripped, but he also has speed, agility, flexibility, and combat skills. So to get his body might be challenging while maintaining the speed, stamina, and other necessary fitness stats.

So we will aim for training methods that include training in circuit routine to make sure while we are gaining muscle, we can also get stamina. The workout will consist of routines like weight training, cardio, and combat training. We will be working out five days a week, and every day, we will focus on training twice a day. The workout duration would be near 2-4 hours a day.

Now, before we start the workout, do remember that without proper nutrition, you won’t be able to get a body like Enji. So make sure you add lots of protein, veggies, healthy fats, and other nutrients to your diet. Try to consume a source of protein after every two-three hours. Try including foods like Chicken breast, veggies, salmon, fruits, protein shakes in your daily diet.

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will be doing a workout that contains a martial arts workout and a cardio routine. We will start with 20-30 minutes of interval running where you can do one minute of jog and 30 seconds of sprint “back and forth.”

That workout will help us gain stamina and also increase our speed and burn many calories. After that, you will be doing an hour of Martial arts or any other combat training. For this exercise, I would recommend you go to a nearby MMA gym or dojo.

 

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will be doing proper weight training focusing on a single body part. Since we aim to get the bulk, I suggest you do every set with a heavyweight and fewer reps with controlled movement.

That will help you get gains, and you will get bulked rather quickly. Once you get done with that, we will follow a core circuit workout routine to finish our workout. So let’s get started:
