Eren Yeager Workout Routine: Eren Yeager is an anime/manga character known for being the main character for the series “Attack on Titans.”  It’s one of the most waiting anime in 2022; all of us are waiting to watch.

Eren also gets known for his incredible body transformation. The last series revealed how Eren and others grew up and gave Eren an incredible body transformation. Eren Yeager Workout Routine

Eren Yeager is undoubtedly the most famous character for the past couple of years. It’s going super well with the series, and in a few weeks, we will be able to see the final season, part 2. However, besides all the anime’s storyline and how it ends, we can not ignore the body transformation in Eren Yeager. I know I’m late for this article, but it’s better late than never. So yeah, how does Eren transform into that body shape, and Is it possible for you to get a body physique like Eren?

Well, Eren did a lot of work during the time between season 3 to season 4. As you may have seen in the final part 1, Eren and his friends were doing a lot of physical work, regular scout regiment training, and then Eren combat training. Eren combat training is something that gets based on hand-to-hand combat, as when Eren transforms into the titan form, Eren Yeager can solely rely on his hand-to-hand combat skills.

So to get a body like him, I would say you will need to work a lot on combat skills, probably work on Mixed Martial Arts, some weight training, cardio, etc. Martial arts and weight training will probably be our primary workouts in this routine. We will almost train like a Middleweight MMA fighter to get that body shape like Eren Yeager. I usually keep the workouts for an hour to two hours, but for Eren Yeager, we will need to do two to three hours of workout five days a week.

Cardio and MMA

We will start our day with some running for about 20-30 minutes at a moderate pace. Then after that, we will be hitting the Mixed Martial Arts gym or any other martial arts dojo, where you can learn and train yourself in combat. Both of these workouts will help you get toned and increase your stamina and endurance.

 

Weight Training

We will follow a giant set workout method, which means we will move from exercise to exercise with very little rest or almost no rest.

Reps: 15,12,10,8

Training method: Light to heavyweight with less than 30 seconds rest between each exercise.

  • Arnold press
  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Lateral raises
  • Shrugs
  • Delt flyes
  • Bend over delt lateral raises

 

Saturday

  • Leg extension/leg curls
  • Leg press
  • Compound pressing movements
  • Chain lunges
  • Shark pit squats
  • Barbell squats
