Eva Gutowski Workout Routine

So Eva Gutowski has always been slim and lean even before she started working out; her working out session started in the gym in 2017. After that, she got addicted and attached to living a healthy lifestyle, and now you can see her doing a lot of things and looking super sexy. Eva Gutowski does have a body that every girl wants, and that’s why I will break down her routine for you guys.

In a video, she posted around 2017 telling about her workout and healthy style. Eva stated that she was doing some basic exercises and weight lifting training like squats, dumbbell curls, press, raises, abs activities, etc. However, I’m pretty sure her workout routine has gone up too much because of the way she looks now. You can surely notice the thin waistline with a puffed up chest and a well-shaped booty. 

all that, you need to put in a lot of work, so let’s see the routine that I think will help you get a body like Eva. Note* that this routine isn’t advised for people that just started working out or have never been to the gym. You can do the same exercise for all of you guys explained in Eva’s video. People that have been in the gym for over 5 to 6 months regularly can follow my way.

Eva Gutowski workout includes:

Stretching and Warm-up

Stretching is essential before a workout. It makes your body let loose and make sure you don’t get injured while working out. The same thing with a warm-up, you need an introduction to make sure your blood starts flowing in all parts of your body, and it saves you from those unwanted cramps. So stretching, you can do any full-body stretches and warm-up, you can do 10 to 15 minutes of jog on a treadmill.

 

Gym Training

Okay, so we will do many different and mixed workouts to get the best result in our routine. We will be focusing on the core and lower body more, with the upper body ratio being only 20℅ of the workout. So it will be like a 40:40:20 ratio, so let’s get started with the routine.

  • Kettlebell squats jump
  • Banded squat walk
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell lunge
  • Leg press
  • Leg extension
  • Lateral raises
  • Shoulder press

 

Tuesday

  • Barbell curls
  • Dumbbell curls
  • Cross Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Banded high plank hold
  • Plank twister
  • Plank reach

 

Wednesday

Sets: 3

Reps: 12

Rest time: 30 to 40 seconds

  • Deep squats
  • Kettlebell squats
  • Hack squats
  • Leg curls
  • Crusty lunge
  • Triceps pushdowns
  • Triceps extension

 

Thursday

Sets: 3

Reps: 12

Rest time: 30 to 40 seconds

  • Dumbbell press
  • Cross cable flyes
  • V crunches
  • Leg lifts
  • Russian twist
  • Banded plank walks
  • Side planks in and out

 

Friday

Sets: 3

Reps: 12

Rest time: 30 to 40 seconds

  • Donkey kickbacks to a fire hydrant
  • Glute thrusters
  • Glute cable or banded kickbacks
  • Alternative leg lifts
  • Calf raises
  • Lat pulldowns
  • Dumbbell deadlifts

Eva Gutowski Diet Plan

Eva is a vegan and follows a vegan diet, and she has uploaded a lot of vegan videos. However, I will go with the latest video Eva uploaded around 2019 November. So we will see a lot of healthy and yummy food, and you can follow that. Also, I will give some different nonvegan alternatives for people who are not vegan that you can eat. The last thing, make sure to keep yourself filled up with water as much as you can.

Breakfast

  • Whole grains toast 
  • Vegan bacon (turkey bacon for nonvegan)
  • Veggies
  • Vegan ricotta
  • Ice coffee

Lunch

  • Peanut butter smoothie
  • The healthier version that will fill you is getting a salad or salmon salad with that.

Dinner

  • Jail slop (watch the video for recipe)
  • Other food you can eat, chicken breast or turkey with veggies and salad.

Snacks

  • Protein smoothies 
  • Drink before the workout or after the workout
