Before starting with the weight training workout, you will need to warm your body up with some cardio. So we will do a 20 to 30 minutes run to warm-up, running will be a great warm-up routine for everyone, and you will be able to burn enough calories to get your fat to lose.

However, if you do not like running, you can do other exercises like bicycle, water rower, Stairmaster, elliptical machine, etc. The aim here is to get the blood flowing through your body and burn a few calories.
