During shoots, Katherine took boxing classes for about three to five days a week. She also told Women’s Health that her work includes welding a weapon for whole days, so she needed to strengthen her upper body. That’s why Katherine focused on the HIIT routine, which also helped Katherine keep her cardio and stamina while increasing her strength.

In the cardio routine, Katherine loves to do running, boxing, and spin classes. However, she keeps alternating them on whatever her mood is for the day.
