- Monday is cardio day, this day Khloe Kardashian starts with the stairs climber, she does around 30 minutes of the stairs.
- Then goes for a full-body workout containing planks, burpees, squats, etc. Then she finished her workout with boxing, so Monday Khloe Kardashian Workout is full cardio and endurance training day.
Tuesday Workout of Khloe Kardashian
- Lower body workout day. Khloe Kardashian starts off with warm-up cardio and then starts the leg workout.
- In leg workout, she does lots of front squats, leg press, lunges, side lunges, kettlebell deadlift.
- In glutes or butt exercises, she does exercises like hip extension, glutes squats, Pilates, etc.
- Later she ended it with a little cardio cool down. This is Khloe Kardashian workout on Tuesday.

- Wednesday is her core day.
- On this day Khloe Kardashian mainly focuses on her abdominal part she starts off within and out a plank. She gets in the plank position on the ball, then she gets the legs out and jumps back in.

- On this day she tries to train her biceps and triceps.
