It’s basically your exercise mixed together into just one set doing continuously without rest and once you are done with 1 set of all those exercises that is when you take a rest. This particular training routine is as beneficial as weight training as well as cardio and building stamina for your body.

Monday Katy Perry Workout

So for her Monday workout routine, Katy Perry starts off with a warm-up cardio session for just 5 to 10 minutes, then goes to the circuit training. now circuit training routines carry around exercises like,

  • Dumbbell bench press
  • Seated shoulder dumbbell press
  • Bicep curls
  • Dumbbell squats
  • Jumping squats
  • Crunches
  • Mountain climber

Katy Perry does 20 reps on each exercise and then she rests for 1 min or 90 seconds. Then repeat this same circuit 3 more times means a total of 4 times. Once she is done she goes on the treadmill to cool down, in which she just walks for about 10 to 30 minutes.

 

Tuesday Katy Perry Workout

On this day again the same warm-up which your cardio for 5 to 10 minutes, then she follows her Tuesday circuit training routine.

  • Single-arm dumbbell rows
  • Tricep extensions
  • Stiff-leg dumbbell deadlifts
  • Skater lunges
  • Planks
  • Side planks

In this routine also Katy Perry does 20 reps of each exercise and does 4 sets of this circuit routine. She rests for 90 seconds and then repeats the routine and ends it with cools down on the treadmill.

Wednesday starts off like just any other day for her, doing the warm-up for 5 to 10 minutes on the treadmill and then follows her Wednesday workout routine.
