Kira Kosarin goes to the gym regularly, and there she does a lot of exercises that include a little stretching, cardio, boxing, core exercise, and bodyweight exercises. All these exercises make her what she is right now, Kira works out at least five days a week, and each day she trains for about an hour and a half to two hours easily. Other than that, Kira also stays fits by staying active on most of the days, especially on the rest days.
We will do that as well; we will do a workout that will include stretching, bodyweight exercises, core workout, boxing, and cardio. The drill will go for about an hour to two max a day, and you will be working out five days a week.

We will do 15 minutes to 20 minutes of a full-body stretch to help us get flexibility and blood flow in our body. This stretching routine will give you a great warm-up and decrease your chances of getting injured during working out.

We will start the day with some cardio and boxing, at the start, you will do a 10 to 15 minutes run on the treadmill, to get your body to open up and get that metabolism high and running. After that, we will do 20 to 25 minutes of boxing, as we have stretched before. You don’t have to do a lot of stretching, do some wrist curls, arm openers, shoulder curls, etc.
This routine will also work as a high-intensity workout; you will do 15, one minute’s boxing rounds from the jab, hook, cross, body, uppercut, defense, hitman combo, etc., with 30 seconds of rest in between. Make sure to keep drinking a little water between the rounds and don’t give up, as it will be hard.
Training days: At least four days a week
We will do a circuit routine of mixed bodyweight exercises that will include core and lower body workout. The method will take 30 minutes, and it will get your calories to burn while giving you excellent body shape. You will do exercise in 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off period, and you can rest for a minute once you get done with the whole set.
