Lauren Riihimaki Workout Routine

The workout routine of Lauren is an intense workout; she also has shared her workout in 2018 at her YouTube channel only, and currently, she has a similar yet better workout routine that she follows. Lauren does a lot of exercises, especially before the quarantine. She was doing a lot of workouts.

In her new workout video, she stated that she is not doing much of a workout during quarantine, and Lauren also said that she had gained a few pounds as well. So currently, the exercise isn’t that intense as it used to be. So let’s check the workout routine.

Let’s start with the 2018 video to get a basic idea of her routine. In that video, Lauren did exercises like; agility ladder and boxing. Some bodyweight exercises like; side planks, leg raises side to side, plank hold to plank jacks, plank walks, resistance band in and out jump squats, resistance band squats walks, and resistance band bicep curls.

In that video, she also stated that she doesn’t love the cardio workout, which is still the truth even, at her new video, Lauren said she is terrible at the cardio workout, although Lauren has a treadmill at her home gym. 2 Week Challenge

Around 14 June, Lauren posted a video in which she was trying Chloe Ting workout if you don’t know who Chloe Ting is, then I have talked about her a lot in many articles, as many YouTubers follow her routine to get fit. Now, getting back to Lauren in that video, Lauren took the challenge where Lauren told her she is not working out much, and now she will start again. Lauren also talked about what she usually does in her routine, which involves weight training doing weighted squats and glutes thrusters, lunges, etc.

Now about the diet plan, in the same video where Lauren talked about the workout, she also stated a lot about her diet plan. Lauren spoke that she is not taking any strict diet or a specific diet; the idea here is to eat as healthy as she can; there is no strict regime. 

Lauren is currently controlling her calories, and sticking under a good amount of calories and eating as healthy as she can to lose the weight and get in shape. You will even see Lauren eating sweets, taking pre-workout, coffee as well in the video for snacks, and I will assure you that at the end, you will see a change in Lauren’s physique.
