Lil Mosey Workout Routine
Lil Mosey is one of the rappers that I usually listen to and follow, so I don’t know much about him. I’m more into new generation rappers like Montana of 300, J.Cole, Dax, Crypt, etc. So I don’t hear anyone with Lil or names that I can’t even think. I have heard them once before deciding.
Lil Mosey also has a lean and average body of a teenager; Lil Mosey not super ripped or anything. So I don’t know what to say about his workout routine, as there was none when I tried to figure it out. Lil Mosey Instagram also doesn’t have any posts, so there was no way I could have gotten some stuff from his social media accounts.
Lil Mosey has an average body, so I think doing workouts isn’t his priority and doesn’t matter for now. Maybe he will try to bulk up like other rappers in the future, but for now, he’s not that much exercising. So I will be giving you a version of my workout routine that I think will help you get lean like Lil Mosey.
We will train every day as it will not be a workout; it will be more of a lifestyle that you will live. Every day will involve some activity that will help us lose weight and get lean. Also, we will do some basic workouts to get a little ripped and muscle definition.
Lil Mosey workout includes:
Let’s start with running for three to four days of the week at least. It’s an excellent full-body workout that burns many calories, especially from your thighs and belly area. We will be running 3 to 5km every day at a moderate pace and building stamina while doing that. Also, make sure you do some leg stretches or hurt a lot after you rest when you get done.
To get the muscle toned, you can also do workouts like weight training plus bodyweight exercises. All you will need a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band, and we will work out four days a week, training our upper and lower body with the core.
Upper Body (Monday and Wednesday)

- Bicep curls
- Hammer curls
- Triceps dumbbell overhead press

Lower Body (Tuesday and Thursday)

- Banded glute thruster
- Banded hip abduction
Core (Monday To Thursday)
- Incline dumbbell crunches
- Dumbbell leg raises
- Dumbbell Russian twist
- Plank twister
- Banded plank reach
- Plank hold
For the rest of the three days, play some sport, go on a hike, go biking, etc. Stay active as much as possible as you will be burning many calories while just staying active.

Lil Mosey Diet Plan
I know for a fact that Lil Mosey doesn’t eat super healthy; I have seen him eating burgers and pizza a lot of times. I think he has a fast metabolism that keeps him lean; other than that, he doesn’t follow any diet. However, you might need a diet to get like Lil Mosey so you can follow this diet;
Lil Mosey diet includes:
- Keep it light; I would recommend a protein bar
- Chicken or fish
- Steak or turkey
- I’m sure Lil Mosey does many of them, but you should try to control and keep it below three cheat meals a week.
