Both of the workouts are great for a slim and well-toned body; it will also increase your flexibility and help you burn a lot of calories.
Make sure you do this workout for an hour at least three times a week if you are a beginner, and if you are intermediate or advanced, you can do this exercise for an hour five times a week. Make sure to give your body time to recover and rest by taking two days off every week.
