The workout routine of Maire Avgeropoulos kind has been almost the same since she started the show; it contains doing a lot of different stunts and fighting. Marie also trained for parkour stunts after she did Tracers. Currently, she is doing a little bit of home workout at times like these and some gym training as well.

Training days: Tuesday and Thursday
Now, for parkour training, you don’t have to go to any particular place as you can do it in any random place. That’s the beauty of Parkour. All you need is determination, and the world is yours.
So if you are entirely a beginner at Parkour and don’t know how to start, don’t worry, there are hundreds of videos that teach you the basics of Parkour to get you started, and you can also find a parkour training gym if you have one near your place.
Fighting
Training days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Fighting will be the core thing that will get your upper body built-up and help you get your stamina and agility built-up. So we are going to train mixed martial arts three days a week with one day of the gap.
If you want, you can do it more than three times, but at least three times is necessary to get in the shape of Marie Avgeropoulos.
You can look for a mixed martial gym, or if you have most of the equipment at your house, you can search for a trainer or online classes that will help you get your fighting training started. Training for at least an hour and make sure to do your stretches before you begin preparing for any workout, no matter if it’s fighting or Parkour.

Training days: Monday to Friday
The home workout is more of a core and lower body workout in this regime. We will do a circuit routine where you will do each exercise for about 30 seconds or 40 seconds if you are advanced level and rest for 30 to 20 seconds. After completing the whole round, you can have a long rest for about one minute to two minutes.
