Sarah Grey hasn’t been open about her workout routine; I tried to find some stuff that I could show you guys, but there was no interview with Sasha Grey, where she talked about her workout. I did found out that she eats healthily and exercises regularly through some resources, but there is no proof.
So we can say that, for now, Sarah Grey’s routine is a big mystery that needs to be solved although it’s not for me to explain that, I can show you how to achieve that body type. I won’t be able to give you the routine of Sarah Grey, but I will be able to provide you with one of the effective methods to achieve a body type like Sarah Grey.
Now we have seen that Sarah Grey has a slim waistline, excellent butt shape, and very lean toned body figure. There are different exercises that you can do to achieve that body type, although we are going to do a mixture of a few workouts that will be the best for you to get that great Sarah Grey body. The exercises that we will perform are;
- Yoga
- Cardio
- Core and lower body workout
Training five days a week.
Yoga
Training days: Monday and Thursday
The first workout that we are going to do is yoga; without a doubt, the best exercise that will provide you with a highly flexible and toned body type and gives you a relaxing mind. You will be doing yoga two days a week for about an hour. So either you can join a yoga class or take an online yoga session.
Cardio
Training days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
For a cardio workout, we will do a 30 to 40 minutes routine containing exercises like; treadmill, jump ropes, biking, and water rower. So we will start the workout like this;
- Ten minutes of the treadmill at a medium pace, and after that, we will do 100 jump ropes.
- Ten minutes of biking at levels 3 to 7, after that 75 jump ropes.
- Finish it with 10 minutes of the water rower followed by 50 jump ropes.

Core and Lower Body Workout
Training days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
In this routine, we will perform a circuit workout, which means you will do all exercise for 30 seconds each and rest only after each set. The drill will go for about 20 to 30 minutes max, and it will shape your butt, thighs, and abdominal area as well.
Sets: 4
- Crunches
- Leg raises
- High plank
- Side high plank
- Plank twister
- Pile Jumping Squats
- Squats
- Crusty lunges
- Backward lunges
- High plank alternating leg lifts
- Wall bridge
- Fire hydrant
Rest for a minute or two and then repeat the whole routine three more times.
