So how does a person like Michelle work out for her movies?
Her workout usually depends on her movies and roles; for movies like Fast and Furious, she can choose her workouts in which she does lots of Aerobics workouts as it got mentioned in the Men’s Journal article. Also, Michelle sticks to working out regularly and going to the gym regularly to stay in a very fit shape throughout the year.
However, suppose Michelle is training for movies like Resident Evil and any other movies that require combat training or weapon training. In that case, Michelle will be focusing on that as well as doing her workout routine. Other than she also loves to do other activities like going for a hike, trekking, boat rowing, etc. So that’s how Michelle can keep her body fit and healthy.
As we know Michelle’s routine, I will make this into a workout you guys can do and get a body like her. We will train six days a week, where we will do an hour to two hours of workouts maximum, and one day will be our active rest days where you can do activities like hiking, taking a walk, swimming, etc. So let’s get started with the workout:
Now, I know Michelle loves to do aerobics, and if you do want to do aerobics exercises, you are free to join the aerobics classes. However, if you are not the aerobics type of person, you can also do Pilates as an alternative workout.
It’s one of my favorite workouts that I recommend to almost every girl who wants a strong body lean with toned muscle and a lean waistline. So you can also do the Pilates workout and get similar results. If you love both of these workouts, you can do them alternative days and benefit from both.
I will also recommend running every morning when you wake up; you don’t have to go super hard and run a lot. A 2km to 3km run will be a reasonable distance regularly, and it will help you burn the fat in the morning when your metabolism is high.
