Now his strength comes from various things like his abilities, powers, endurance, core stability, and speed. Natsu Dragneel has a mixture of those things, so he is considered significant in the anime. So now the question about is it possible to train like Natsu Dragneel?
Well, no, it’s not possible to train like an anime character, but it is possible to get a physique similar to the character and include the routines they do in your training. So as we have learned, Natsu Dragneel is fast, powerful, has stamina, stability, and mobility. Of course, you will have to work on different routines to get all of those things, but I will try to keep it simple so many people can start the workout.
I have seen many articles about the workout you can do to get a body like Natsu Dragneel, which may seem reasonable. However, it’s more of a superhero workout than an anime character workout. Many people don’t understand that a superhero and an anime character are far different. Superhero routines are often created according to the person portraying the character in the movie or show. However, the anime character often gets created by keeping the character in mind. So let’s see a Natsu Dragneel-inspired workout.

So as we know, Natsu Dragneel is fast and has excellent endurance, and to get those; it would help if you gained more stamina, speed, and agility. To do that, we will be adding workouts like running on the treadmill or the road, jump rope, hurdle hops, and quick steps. You can add other cardio exercises if you want, but add these four exercises at least in your cardio routine. Starting with the treadmill routine, we will be doing 5 minutes of walk and then moving to 15-20 minutes of running at a moderate pace. After that, we will add 10 x 100-meter sprints with 30-40 seconds rest between the sprints.
