Nikki Bella Workout Routine

Nikki is undoubtedly the long-lasting Bella in the Bella twin. There have been so many things that Nikki has gone through, from being a WWE women’s champion to tag team champion. Nikki has also taken part in many prominent events that have given some of the best moments of WWE. So how does a fighter of that caliber usually train? What are the Nikki Bella workout and the activities that help her stay fit and active?

Well, to find out her routine, all I needed to do is scroll a little bit of her Instagram routine. Nikki is currently recovering from post-baby weight gain and trying to get back into fighting shape. I don’t think that we will see Nikki fighting in WWE anytime soon, but who knows? As she got seen training quite hard with her coach Scott Thom.

You can see many of her workouts getting posted week by week where Nikki got seen doing weight training, resistance training, some strength and core workout, cardio, etc. The workout revolved a lot as it got made by keeping her post-pregnancy in mind. So for me to give you an exact routine like Nikki won’t be possible.

However, I can still give you my version of Nikki Bella’s workout that will consist of similar workouts and will surely get you a body like Nikki. We will also add cardio, core, weight training, resistance training, and strength training to our weekly routine. At the same time, we will train six days a week for about an hour and a half every day. So let’s get started:

Cardio

We will be doing cardio every day before the other workouts. It will be our warm-up/calorie-burning workout, for which we will be doing a HIIT routine of Air bikes and battle ropes. You will be doing a minute of air bike then switching directly to 30 seconds of battle rope with all you got. Do that for 15 to 20 minutes without any breaks, and it will give you a great workout routine.

 

Weight Training

We will be doing five days of weight training workouts to help you get a body like Nikki. It will be a full-body circuit routine containing various exercises, so get ready.

Rest time after the circuit: 80 to 120 seconds
