Shakira’s personal trainer revealed lots of insights about what they like to do for her workout routine. Shakira is a very active person and enjoys everything she does. She likes to play a lot of sports like squash, tennis, etc.
She also enjoys her daily dance practice for shows and even if she is not attending shows she is still doing a dancing routine most of the time. She also does a mixture of different things from Pilates, ballet, strength training, and HIIT training as well.

Shakira’s dance routine contains doing a lot of dancing, stretching with as few breaks as she can. She likes how dancing helps her take care of her body and maintain the shape of her body.
So according to her personal trainer, she will be dancing most of the time and that makes her feel better. They will do a dancing routine just like Zumba to get them fit and that routine will go on for an hour to two hours.

Like her personal trainer said that when they are on the move they are doing things that Shakira likes and wants to do.
