Demi Lovato’s workout routine consists of a lot of different things like home full-body workout, learning Jiu-jitsu in the fighting gym, doing cardio and some weight training as well.

In one of her interviews, Demi Lovato said that she likes to train cardio some days for about an hour and sometimes she does strength training for an hour, and some days she workout for 2 hours a day doing either cardio and MMA training or else she will do strength training and MMA training.
