Now how do you get a body like Shin Min-a? Well, if you want to have a body physique like Shin Min-a, you won’t have to do a lot of workouts. As for it looks like she can get done with consistent workout and training methods. I would suggest mixing up a little of everything to get a good workout like Shin Min-a. We will work out every day for about an hour to two hours. For four days, we will add weight training, and for the three days, we can do stretching routines and swimming exercises.

Swimming and Pilates

Training days: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

We will be doing an hour of swimming and Pilates three days a week. So we will start with swimming in the morning for about an hour where you can do laps and try out different types of forms. There are many swimming workouts you can try to make yourself better. It will help you get a toned body and burn many calories.

After you get done with swimming in the evening, we will be doing an hour of Pilates classes. Pilates is the most adapted workout by idols, actresses, and models. It helps you get a good lean body figure with toned muscles and long legs. Also, both of these workouts will keep your body flexible and increase mobility.
