Bang Chan is one of the members that does like to stay fit, you may have seen on Instagram and whenever they are performing live. Bang Chan is the one who loves to do the shirt lift while performing most of the time. That is super nice because he has pretty sexy abs that fans want to see as much as possible.
Now, what does Bang Chan do to stay fit? And what is the routine that keeps him so slim and lets him have muscle? Even though I couldn’t find much about his interview, Bang said anything about his workout. However, I did find some stuff on Bang Chan Instagram that can help us know what Bang Chan likes to do in the training plan.
For example, we have seen many dance videos, and like I always say, Kpop artists will dance. That workout is alone one workout helps every Kpop artist maintain that slim physique that keeps their body lean and muscular. Now that is the workout that helps them stay lean, but for muscles.
I found a video where Bang Chan was flexing in the gym on Instagram. You can check that post right here, where he’s in the gym. So yeah, even though no workout gets shown, we can say that Bang does go to the gym and training to gain all those muscles. Now that we know certain things that he does, let’s make all of them into a routine.
This routine will consist of a five days training plan, which I always keep for Kpop artists. Then, we will also put out my usual Morning and Evening pattern, as in my opinion, that should be how you should work out every day. Now for the workout, it will include doing weight training and lots of cardio.

In the morning routine, we will follow a way to include 15 minutes of Yoga poses for stretching. Later, we will do a dance workout for one hour to two hours; I would recommend learning dancing from professionals. However, if that’s not the thing for you, start running for an hour and burn many calories with that pattern.
In the evening routine, focus on doing isolated training for a single body part and increasing the reps. Keep your set counts to 4, and reps should be 15 to 20 per set. Other than that, you don’t have to worry about lifting heavyweight, do a weight you think you can complete a group with while working out.

In the diet plan, I saw a post where he enjoyed a lot of rice with seaweed. There are many videos like that, so I’m guessing that Bang Chan wants food a lot, and there is no such restriction with nutrition.
Maybe his diet mostly depends on eating in moderation and leaving junk food and unhealthy snacks. However, till now, there hasn’t been a plan that I can tell you for sure.
