Tana Mongeau is an artist, actress, personality, influencer, YouTube, etc. She is known for many things, but one thing that is shocking about Tana Mongeau’s routine is her whole transformation in a way. I’m not talking about her tan body only, but also about how toned and in shape she looks. I was checking her YouTube, and a back couple of years ago, Tana Mongeau was not even close to the shape she is now.

So if you are also wondering how Tana Mongeau got that body shape and what made her so fit, then keep reading. After searching for a while, I found a few videos of Tana Mongeau talking about workouts from way back. Also, found some videos regarding her abs workout routine that she tried a couple of years ago. However, I couldn’t find anything related to her new workout, but I was able to get hold of a few fans’ posts and articles that screenshot her stories.

Tana Mongeau seems to be doing weight training, abs, and cardio. That’s primarily what Tana Mongeau does in her workout. I could not find anything that could explain more of Tana Mongeau’s workouts and give an insight into her routine. However, don’t worry, as I will give you a routine that I think will work best for you and help you get a body like Tana Mongeau. We will be doing five days of workouts and two active rest days every week. You can do specific activities on the rest days like stretching workouts, running, hiking, jogging, etc. Now, let’s get started with the workout;

Cardio

We will start with 20-30 minutes of cardio. After that, you can do any cardio exercise you want; make sure to get the intensity. However, I would recommend doing 15 minutes of running, 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, and 10 minutes of rowing for a great cardio workout. Once you get done with the cardio routine, you can add a few stretches to avoid getting injured.

 

Weight Training

Now, I will be adding a five-day weight training routine where we will do three circuits every day and try to rest as little as possible. Also, we will be focusing more on the lower and core area as that’s the part Tana Mongeau likes to work the most. So let’s get started with the routine:
