Tom is quite well-known for taking working out and diet to an extreme measure. The actor isn’t the kind of person that works out intensely every day. However, when he needs to, he gets himself in the gym to get the body. Tom also once stated that his routine consists of 10 minutes of swimming and then 20 minutes of the steam, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

Well, that was a joke. I don’t know; it may get confirmed as the star doesn’t do many workouts in the gym. We know Tom as a lean personality guy with a great sense, so there is not much muscle bulk for Tom Felton. Even in 2013, he wanted to get super fit for a role in the movie From The Rough. However, don’t worry, as I can still provide you with a routine that contains some kinds of cardio and toning exercises to get you a lean body shape like Tom.

Swimming

Did Tom say that as a joke? Well, even if he did, we can still use that as a serious workout to get lean and lose weight. Swimming helps us get the body shape that is slim, aesthetic, and muscular. That’s why we will do an hour of swimming at least five days a week. This workout will work your cardio while working your full body as you will be working, core, upper body, and lower body to get the perfect coordination.

 

Running

If you, not a swimmer, you can also do some regular running to get a lean and slim body shape. Now, remember to rest if you are running over 5km as your body will need at least two days off a week when running that much regularly. However, if you are more of a short runner that runs 2km or 3km, feel free to run every day as it won’t hurt you that much. Also, do not forget the warm-up before you run and stretching after you finish running.

 

Weight Training

Well, I’m sure Tom Felton is not doing this as his regular workout routine, but he does have a pic in the gym. So you can still do this mixed weight training routine for four days a week to gain some muscles and stay fit. It’s excellent for beginners as this routine contains just some standard workouts that everyone will be familiar with while working out.

Tom Felton Diet Plan

Tom Felton likes to diet to the extreme sometimes. Do you know that the actor has followed a 500 calories diet, yes, just 500 calories diet! He was eating only almonds and stuff after every two hours. It’s insane how less he was eating, and Tom even stated that he’s a big eater.

Yeah, but mostly he does like to eat simple food and sometimes enjoy a beer and coffee with milk. However, his diet is still unknown; I don’t even think that Tom has a special diet; by looking at him, I think it’s all about balancing the calories.

So we will follow a diet of less than 2k calories as that will help us lose weight and get lean with the number of workouts we will do. Again, my diet plan is to give you satisfactory results, and It’s not Tom Felton’s diet plan.
