Vin Diesel likes to focus on a routine made with weight training and martial arts training. Although he just used to do weight training, after the sudden death of the late Paul Walker he decided to make the fight scene in fast and furious 7 a memorable fight scene. Day 1 Vin Diesel Workout
Day one is the chest day in the Vin Diesel Workout routine, Vin Diesel train 5 days a week to maintain that fast and furious 9, body. He does around 8 to 10 reps in each set and does 4 sets of each exercise. Exercises like bench press incline and decline both, with Dumbbell flys on the flat bench, dumbbell press on the incline bench, push-ups and cable crossovers. In every exercise the last one he does a superset. The trick to getting bigger is to lift heavy and do fewer reps which is why he sticks just with 8 to 10 reps max.
Day 2 Vin Diesel Workout
Vin Diesel goes to work on his Triceps, in this, he still focuses on getting big and that is why the reps are still the same and sets are too with the same one superset in each exercise. He starts with overhead extension, skull crusher. Reverse grip pushdown, incline barbell extensions, kickback with dumbbell and last he finishes with dips. Vin Diesel does Triceps on day 2.
Day 3 Vin Diesel Workout
Vin Diesel trains shoulder and back today, keeping the same amount of sets and reps. The workout consists of less exercise in each region but overall it’s the longest workout day. Starting with shoulder side laterals, front rows, upright rows, dumbbell press, and shrugs. For the back, he does lat pulldowns, rear delt flys, back rows, one hand dumbbell rows, deadlift.
Day 4 Vin Diesel Workout
Here he works on the legs, same set and reps here too. Starting with squats, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, weighted squats, lunges, and stiff legs deadlift.
Day 5 Vin Diesel Workout
Biceps routine with the same amount of sets and reps. Getting bigger biceps as Vin Diesel has in fast and furious 9 is almost every guy’s wish. He starts with seated dumbbell curls, barbell curls, cable curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, and concentration curls.
