So I will be giving you a five days workout routine in which we will be adding all of the things. The routine is not the official Wanda Nara routine, but I have developed it to help you get a physique like Nara.

Cardio

Starting with some warm-up cardio routine, in this workout, we will start our workout with 30 minutes of the cardio session, now that will help your body get warmed-up for weight training. Also, help you lose calories and get rid of that excessive fat. The cardio workout can contain different exercises. However, I recommend doing 15 minutes on the treadmill and then biking as Nara loves to cycle.

 

Weight Training

We will follow a circuit routine containing exercises in circuits of three in weight training. Each circuit will get repeated three times, and you will see the core routine getting included every day. We will be training the lower body three days a week and focusing on the upper body twice a week. This routine will help. You maintain the balance while getting you that toned butt like Nara.
