Amber Heard is an actress known for being in movies like Aquaman and her controversial marriage life with Johnny Depp. Every day some new accusation pops up where people talk about how she mistreated and made Johnny so miserable. But, let’s not get into that so much; I already don’t appreciate Amber and only doing this article because of her fans. Sorry to admit it, but yeah, that’s just how I feel, but I will admit that Amber has a stunning and sexy body figure.

So how does she maintain her body shape and keep herself fit? Well, in an interview with The Shape magazine, when Amber was training for Aquaman, she told all about her workout routine. When she was working for the movie, Amber Heard stated that she had to work out five hours a day where the workout would consist of exercises like weight training, martial arts, cardio, etc. So it was a mixture of the whole routine. However, her routine usually consists of weight training and running when she is not shooting.

Amber told The Shape magazine that running helps her stay fit and keeps her mind free and relaxed. So we will be focusing on that part more where she focuses on running and then doing weight training five day’s week to stay in shape. I don’t know what her weight training plan looked like, so I will be giving you one of my circuit weight training routines to help you get a body like Amber Heard. So let’s get it started:

Running

We will first do 30-40 minutes of running as soon as you get up. Running does help you stay fit and work your whole body while burning lots of calories and toning your legs muscles. If you are not used to running, start with jogging for less time or do brisk walking; that way, you can start gaining stamina and slowly increase your speed and distance.

 

Circuit Routine

We will be doing five days of weight training in three circuits, divided to train our upper, lower, and core muscles. The training will give you an overall fit and healthy body and will primarily focus on your core and lower body to provide you with that toned butt and slim waistline. First, however, add a few minutes of warm-up before starting your weight training and add some stretches.
