  • Incline bench press, 3 to 4 sets of 25 to 35 reps

  • Cable cross, 3 to 4 sets of 25 to 30 reps
  • Dips, 3 to 4 sets of 15 to 25 reps

Take a good amount of time for resting between every set. Although don’t take more than a minute or 2 as then your body will start to cool down.
