Beneil Dariush Workout Routine
Beneil likes to stay fit and work out regularly. He does have his routine that he follows through the year-round. If you are thinking anything like that, then yes, you are not wrong. Beneil lives up to his name and does give us a good fight majority of the time. That’s why we all love the way he is fighting and winning these fights. So how is he able to keep himself that fit and still keep getting better?
I searched that and found an old interview of Beneil with MealPrepOnFleek; in that interview, Beneil discusses his training, diet, and even workouts that he does follow. I do know it’s an old workout, but I couldn’t seem to find the new routine at all. There was no recent interview about Beneil now, but as he stated in that article, his workout stays the same, just intensity changes.
So I think we don’t have to worry a lot in this case, now coming back to his workout routine. Beneil stated that he loves to do different things, and he trains two times a day. His training involves exercises like MMA sparring, wrestling session, pad workout, weight training and conditioning, jiu-jitsu, etc. He is still training in the same gym at Kings MMA, and he is still the same person.
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning, Beneil focuses on Kings MMA gym training lots of MMA activities. Then on Tuesday and Thursday, Beneil focuses on condition and weight training. Then, later on, he will go for a wrestling session in the morning on Tuesday and Thursday. Also, Beneil doesn’t work out for longer duration; he stays moderate because he doesn’t want to get hurt.
So that’s what we will do, we will focus on doing a mixture of workout two times a day and five days a week. The workout will be two to three hours, and we will keep a nice break in between these routines. Also, there is the recovery period where Beneil will do certain things like massage, foam rollers, etc.
Beneil Dariush workout includes:
In the morning routine, we will focus on doing wrestling and other MMA moves; just like Beneil mentioned, we would concentrate on doing MMA training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then there is the wrestling part on Tuesday and Thursday with conditioning training for about an hour or two. The wrestling part also goes for about an hour to two hours.
In the evening routine, you need to focus more on conditioning and weight training. Keep the regular upper body, Lower Body, and core workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Then do a strength workout on Tuesday and Thursday for better conditioning of your entire body. While working out, focus more on exercises like deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, squats, leg press, etc. Also, keep this workout duration about less than an hour.
That’s all for the Beneil Dariush workout routine.
