Caroline Girvan also has a famous Epic program that you can try and follow to get a body like Caroline Girvan. First, however, what does Caroline Girvan does in her workout routine?

This Q&A video is where she mentioned and cleared all these questions. Caroline shared this video on her YouTube channel, and there, she stated that she does cardio and weight training mixed with some resistance training and ankle weights. You see many HIIT workouts on her channel, but Cane Girvan only does HIIT once weekly. Caroline GIrvan’s workout varies from time to time on how she wants to continue the workout.

In that video, Caroline Girvan also mentioned how sometimes there are exercises where she does four sets and sometimes even ten sets. So yeah, it all depends on how Caroline Girvan feels during that moment. Now, about what her workouts look like, Caroline Girvan usually trains chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders, and then the rest of the days are for lower body and one day for HIIT, which is more like a full-body workout. Cardio

We will start doing cardio by running 5km in the morning. You can also do 10 km if you have enough stamina for that distance. In another video, I remember Caroline Girvan mentioning that she usually takes the 4 km at a moderate pace, and then for the last 1 km, she sprints and runs as fast as possible. So yeah, make sure to run at least four to five days a week.

 

Weight Training

Before we start the weight training, make sure to add some cardio warm-up for 10-20 minutes and get stretching done. Then, later on, we will start with our weight training that will focus on each body part.
