Eve gets mostly known for her showjumping skills and being the daughter of Steve Jobs. However, Eve has skills when it comes to taking the lead and business. The will to do everything she wants now takes her to the modeling world, where recently she debuted as a model.  Eve always had a lovely figure and body physique, which now makes her a model. Eve Jobs Workout Routine

Now when I was searching for the workout routine of Eve, I was not able to find anything other than showjumping. However, looking at her body does make you wonder how did she maintain such an incredibly slim body shape. I’m sure that Eve does some workouts, but what she does is still a mystery. Now, that doesn’t mean we can’t give you a routine that will make you have a body like Eve.

Eve does a lot of show jumping and, I researched and found that it burns around 100 calories an hour. However, that’s not enough to get you a body like Eve to incorporate different workouts. You can get a body like Eve through various activities; Pilates, yoga, cardio, weight training, bodyweight exercises, etc. If you don’t like some of the practices here, feel free to try something else, as the central part is to keep moving.

Now we will be doing the following routine Pilates and yoga workouts with cardio and bodyweight training. Training will go on for six days a week, and you will be working out for an hour to two hours. It’s more about adopting a habit instead of just striving to get fit because you need to endure that for a long time to get healthy and fit. So let’s start my version of Eve Jobs’s workout routine.

Eve Jobs workout includes:-

Yoga and Pilates

Training days: Monday to Thursday

We will do both of these workouts these four days; you may think it’s weird to add those workouts together. However, we won’t be doing them one after another. We will start with an hour of yoga in the morning, and then you will be going to the Pilates class or gym in the evening and work out for another hour.

Both of those workouts will make sure you get a slim waistline and a well-toned body. It will also burn quite a lot of calories that will make you lose weight, and while working out, you will be able to make your body flexible. Both of these workouts are my favorites, which is why I always prefer them for a lean and slender body shape. Especially for girls, these workouts will give you toned arms and legs, with a well-shaped butt and slim waistline.

 

Spinning and Bodyweight Exercises

Training days: Friday and Saturday

In this routine, we will do a workout that will consist of an hour of spin class and half an hour of a quick circuit routine of bodyweight exercises. By changing it and adding some new activities, your body won’t get used in the same way, and you can also feel great by doing different workouts. 

Here in the morning, spinning workout, we will be burning lots of calories while going spinning; it will work your cardio, core, and especially your thighs and glutes. While on the other hand, the bodyweight exercises routine that I’m about to show you will give you strength, burn calories, and tone your body in shape. We will do this routine in the evening, so let’s start the workout.

Rest time after the set: 1 minute

  • Banded squats
  • Squat jump
  • Banded platypus walks
  • Lunges
  • Banded glute thruster
  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Banded plank reach
  • Plank twister
  • Banded push-ups

Eve Jobs Diet Plan

The diet plan of Eve Jobs was also not given; however, we all know that Jobs’s family eats healthy. Even the father eats lots of vegetables and healthy food. So I’m guessing Eve must be eating healthy foods like veggies, lean protein, organic foods, etc. However, there is currently no information about that, maybe in the future, I will give you more details, but now, it’s not viable.

However, I can still give you a diet to follow with that workout routine to get a body like Eve Jobs. We will be burning around 600 to 1000 calories by doing that workout every day, so we need to make sure that we consume less than 1.8k calories a day and stay active. Also, drinking will be the key to your weight goals, as hydration is quite essential, so make sure to drink lots of water. Now, let’s check out the diet.

Eve Jobs diet includes:-

Breakfast

  • Two eggs
  • Avocado
  • Toast whole-grain
  • Juice

 

Snack

  • Green juice

 

Lunch

  • Chicken breast (150 to 200gm)
  • Veggies (spinach, carrots, broccoli, eggplant, etc.)

 

Snack

  • Caesar salad without dressing

 

Dinner

  • Salmon
  • Veggies
  • Salad
