Giorno is the most robust character of JoJo Bizarre and also the strongest JoJo ever. He’s also considered one of the strongest characters in the whole anime genre. Giorno’s ability and stand Gold Experience has the ability which allows Giorno to create or manipulate a life. Later in the series, Giorno tends to get even more vital when his stand gets transformed to Gold Experience Requiem, giving him the ability to revert actions and bring them back to zero.

So if someone did something, his power could make them undo that action and change the reality. Then there is his martial arts and fighting skills and also his athleticism. So now, let’s see how Giorno trains his body and if it’s possible to get as strong as Giorno? Well, if we are talking about abilities and exact things he does, we all know it’s impossible, but if we talk about getting a body like Giorno, then I think we can get that without a doubt.

Giorno has a very lean and athletic body that’s also flexible and toned. So to get that body, we can do different things, but the best way is to follow a workout routine that contains weight training, cardio, and core workout. So that’s why I will be giving you a workout that will help you get a body like Giorno and make you stronger.

We will be working out four days a week, and then the rest of the three days, we will be doing an extra activity, or you can also add martial arts training even to learn how to fight like Giorno. The workout will get divided into two parts; one will be in the morning, and another routine will be in the evening. I would suggest going to a nearby dojo or MMA gym and training there for three days to get the best results. Now let’s get started with the workout routine:

Morning Routine

The morning routine will be our C&C workout routine, which is the Cardio and Core workout routine. This routine is one of the best and effective routines to maintain or get a lean and ripped body like Giorno. We will be starting with doing 3-5 miles of running at a moderate pace, and once you get done with that, you can do 10-15 minutes of interval rope jumps. After that, it’s them for our core workout, which will get done in a circuit routine.
