So how does he work out, and what are the things that help Lee Jong-Suk stay lean and ripped?

I tried to figure it all out and went to his Instagram and even saw many videos and pics of him on google. I can tell that the main routine for Lee Jong-Suk is weight training and cardio. Of course, I can’t figure out what the routines are that he does, but I do know the gym is something Lee Jong-Suk prefers when it comes to working out. You can even see the PinkVilla website saying that they cover an interview of Esquire Korea with Lee Jong-Suk.

Lee Jong-Suk talked about how he needed to lose 10kg weight by dieting and home training since the gym was closed. He didn’t mention specific exercises he may have done, but don’t worry, as I can still give you a routine that will help you get a body like Lee Jong-Suk. We will do five days of workouts and add weight training and cardio.

I saw that on his Instagram, Lee Jong-Suk posted a video doing archery. There are many things that he does, like MMA training in 2017. You can find pics of that everywhere. However, we will aim to focus on weight training and cardio and maybe adding a circuit routine. So let’s get it started:

Cardio

Starting with a quick cardio warm-up and turning the intensity by doing Interval training is what we will do here. Start by walking 500m on the treadmill, and then we will run 10-15 sprints of 100meters at your max speed with 20-30 seconds rest in between each sprint. This method will help you burn a lot of calories and get your heart rate up.

 

Weight Training

The weight training will be an essential five days weight training routine focusing on different muscle groups every day. However, remember that since we don’t know what the workouts Lee Jong-Suk does, I have to make a whole routine.

We will finish our workout routines with a circuit core routine that will work as a cardio finisher for you. So get ready:

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes
