We will be working out five days a week, and every day we will train different muscles trying to get that lean physique. So let’s get it started:

Cardio and Stretching

Now, we will be starting our workout with 20 minutes of cardio exercise, for which I would suggest doing running. So you can do 20 minutes of running on the treadmill at a moderate pace, and if you want to increase the intensity, you can do HIIT training where you will be switching the pace in-between, making your body shocked. Once you get done with that, follow a couple of minutes of stretching routine to avoid getting injured later on while lifting weights.

 

Weight Training

Now for weight training, I would suggest doing five days of workouts where we will be training different muscle areas every day to get an even bulk. However, it would help if you also made sure that you don’t lift heavy weights and keep the weight at moderate at best. We want to tone our body and keep it in a slim state. If you want to get as lean as Lee Kwang-Soo, you need to focus on more reps and lightweight to moderate weight.
