Now, mixed martial arts is something that Lee Seung-gi trains, but only for his specific roles. So I won’t push it too much on you and say you can do like two days to three days of Mixed Martial arts training for about an hour a week. It will help you get used to the footwork, get better reflexes, and give you a balanced body physique.

Lee Seung-gi Diet Plan
I couldn’t find much about his diet, and I don’t think there is a very rigorous diet plan that Lee Seung-gi follows. I would say balancing his junk foods and eating home-cooked and healthy food is enough. Once in a while, he goes out and eats, so you can surely do that as well, but yeah, it’s not that strict.
