Lee is one artist known for being one of the most popular K-pop singers; his career has been going on even longer than BTS or EXO. Honestly, when I heard about SHINee getting disbanded, I didn’t think Lee would still work in another group. I did think that maybe he would pursue his solo career if he wanted.

However, here Lee is doing what he does the best and making his recognition worldwide. Although, it’s also because he has kept himself in such a lean shape to still be part of a boy band and do all these shows. Most of the time, when artists leave the group, they get unfit and cannot perform in their top shape.

However, Lee is not the same, so how does Lee Tae-min maintain his body shape? Well, Lee has a very lean and indeed K-pop body without much bulk and muscle definition. His main workout is still the dance choreography that all K-pop artists do almost every week. Recently he shared a post of him back in the dance hall.

So Lee does around two hours of dance choreography and maybe even more, depending on how much he wants to do. So that alone works as a super intense workout for Lee, and that can keep him stay a lot lean. Like we all know, many K-pop idols stay lean and fit by dancing alone and not doing any other workout.

Many of you guys would say that Lee also goes to the gym, which can be accurate, but I couldn’t find any post or prove that. Also, looking at Lee, it doesn’t look like he goes to the gym and workout. However, that’s just what we see; I know that many K-pop idols go to the gym as part of training and stay focused on mixed workouts where they won’t gain too much muscle.

So it may be possible that Lee is doing a similar routine. Now let’s make a plan that you can follow to get a body like Lee. We will train five days a week, and in that, we will do lots of cardio and basic weight training to get your body in shape. That way, you can stay lean and get in shape.

Cardio

Lee likes to do two hours of dance routine four to five days a week for cardio workouts. So you can join a dance class too and work out five days a week for about two hours and burn many calories.

It can quickly burn 1k calories in two hours, so there can’t be any other workout to match the pace of Lee’s workout routine. However, if not, then try cardio classes like spinning, Zumba, aerobics, etc. That will burn calories and keep you flexible.

 

Weight Training

In weight training, we will be doing five days of weight training focusing on different regions. Also, it will be pretty basic workouts, nothing too complicated and nothing too easy, just an hour of workout. If you did dance class in the morning, do this in the evening for best results.
