The workout routine of Lisa or any other Black Pink member isn’t that much to look at. While Jennie started doing flying yoga. Lisa and Rose still just focus on dance practice mostly. So for Lalisa Manoban (Lisa) , the workout routine is just her usual everyday dance practice and her boxing practice.

Hi, I recommend doing them with a short break in between. However, doing one in the morning and another one in the evening would also work fine! So feel free to do it in a way that you feel more comfortable in and would not hurt yourself!

I think wait about 10-15 mins before doing the other. Take a water break and stretch out before doing the next
