Nathan Kress Workout Routine
Nathan has been working in this industry for so long and has many successful TV shows and movies. He has worked in movies and TV shows appealing to kids, teenagers, and even adults. However, while doing that, he also maintains himself in a shape that can quickly get him into any action movie.
So how does Nathan keep himself in a healthy and lean body physique? Well, I tried searching for his workout, while it was easy to see a shirtless pic like this on Nathan’s Instagram. The workout was the one that was hard to get, and I couldn’t get much about the pattern of the things that Nathan does to keep himself in a fit shape.
So I guess I will be giving you guys a workout based on my opinion and pure guess. So I will let you know right now that this routine will not be an original routine that Nathan follows. Now, looking at Nathan’s body, he has good bulk, with abs and massive arms for his height.
All of that can get gained with regular weight training and some light cardio. That’s what we will do to keep it simple but adequate for our bodies. Also, we will be working out six days doing 7 to 9 exercises each day with heavy lifting and low reps for best results. That way, we get the maximum bulk and gain muscle faster.

Cardio
We will start with a simple warm-up of 15 minutes running on the treadmill at a moderate pace, or you can do stair masters or any other cardio workout routine. It’s all about getting our blood flowing and getting a few calories burned up.
Weight Training
In weight training, we will be doing a simple six-day workout training single body area every day. The reps will be low, and we will go heavy weightlifting from the rep until the end rep.
