We will start the dance routine in the morning, and it will be anywhere from one to two hours long. You will do this routine five days a week, so it will be best to join the dance class. Before you start, make sure you get your stretching done; feel free to find or do any stretching routine from YouTube.
Now, even though there was no mention of toning workouts, I would still suggest you do this routine with dance practice. We will follow a circuit plan that will be 20 to 30 minutes long, focusing on the whole body. It will burn many calories and also tone our body while we are working out.
