Yuta Nakamoto is a member from Japan who joined the Kpop group NCT and its subunits on his voice talent. He has a pleasant and soothing voice, but there are other reasons why Yuta is so prevalent in the group. One of them is because of his looks and fitness. We all know that Yuta has the responsibility of being the lead dancer in the group.
So how does he keep himself in top shape and keep maintaining his skills? I tried to find some of the things that I can take to give you the NCT Yuta workout. However, there was not much to let you know as we know that Yuta mostly gets his training done by his dance routine.
Yuta does at least two hours of dance practice to keep getting better and sometimes even more. All that dance skills and choreography burn many calories for him and keep Yuta in that lean and muscular shape. Other than that, there was this video showing NCT members working out.
They did a workout of stretching and specific exercises with their fans, so you can say that maybe Yuta is also doing that regularly. There are many possibilities like maybe he goes to the gym a couple of days a week like Jaehyun. That’s all I could tell you guys for now, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t get a workout.
I would give you a routine made by keeping these workouts in mind to help you get a body physique like Yuta. We will maintain the consistency of activity to five days a week and train three hours every day. We will follow the dance routine in the morning routine to be doing dance practice for two hours. That will include stretching as well, so 10 to 20 minutes of stretching and then one and a half-hour of dance practice. This routine will burn over 600 to 800 calories, depending on the person’s weight and genetics. However, yeah, it will help you get super fit.
In the evening routine, we will follow a way containing some stretching that you can follow from the video and exercises. Also, you can follow along with the video. However, I would recommend focusing on kettlebell swings, kettlebell squats to press, Bulgarian squats, planks, dumbbell curls, kickbacks, etc.
