First, you need to know that even though Ronaldinho is a footballer, he still hates running. Many articles like this article where the coach and players complain about how Ronaldinho never used to run and miss field practices and be in the gym.

Ronaldinho used to do all his sprints, drills, playing, and training, but he never ran when it came to running. Also, Ronaldinho was known for consistently working out in the gym and hanging out with certain players. There were many things like that, but weight training is undoubtedly one thing Ronaldinho has committed to, and until now, he still does weight training. That’s one of the reasons why you see him with such a great body shape. Ronaldinho still doesn’t run as far as the running, but he gets the cardio done with playing football.
