Sandara mainly focuses on her acting, where she has done movies and TV shows like Cheese aim The Trap, We Broke Up, One Step, My Love From The Star, etc.

Sandara Park Workout Routine

Dara is one of the most known singers and one of the few that started her Youtube channel as not many idols do that and focus on acting or modeling after they take a break from the group. On the other hand, Dara followed acting and made a Youtube channel; however, I wish she was more active there.

As Dara is still super active in her career, she also has to maintain that lean figure to stay on top constantly. So what are the things that Dara loves to do to stay fit? I saw her Instagram that gave me an idea of what Dara can do regularly to stay fit. However, it’s not her actual routine.

I saw this post from Dara in the gym on her Instagram, even when she was part of a group and actively trained. Dara used to go to the gym, as you can see in this article from AllKpop, so the gym was always part of her workout to stay fit. However, there was no mention of what Dara used to do in her gym routine.

The other workout that Dara does is the dance routines even after she left the group. Dara also shared some choreographer videos on her YouTube channel, which you can see right here. That workout is alone enough to burn many calories and give you an intense cardio burn.

So now let’s make these activities into a routine you can follow. We will be working out five days a week doing cardio and a mixture of circuit gym routines. It will be a little hard for beginners, so don’t start with this plan if you have never done this routine.

Cardio

For cardio, we will do an hour of dance workout five days a week, and that will help your body burn many calories. It also keeps your body flexible, toned and also gives you that slim waistline. You can also increase the timing once you get used to the routine.

 

Circuit Routine

We will be doing a five-day full-body circuit routine that will require weights and some other equipment, so make sure you join a gym. This routine will surely give you a toned body and keep it slim and well-shaped.

Pilates

I also found a pic on Dara’s Instagram where she shared that she is doing Pilates, but I haven’t found any recent pics. You can also do Pilates two days a week as a relaxation and stretching workout to recover your body.
